How can I receive a refund

You can check my account for this. We no longer use WEEBLY's services, but there was a previous payment made to Weebly by mistake due to domain-related issues, although all funds were refunded. This time, there was another accidental payment to Weebly instead of directly to Google Workspace for domain-related issues. I am requesting a refund.
