Google analytics GA    is totally independent.     GA  code must be pasted into the Weebly website.  Then u must have ur friends  google log in

ok,Smiley Happy formulated differently, as the editor-publisher of her site, could I log in GA and do all this kind of steps, with my own google account ?? since as an artist, she is really a computer novice...

This is possible but your friend would have to login to Google to enable permissions.
