If I make over 20k and I use square for my secondary job does this then get add into my taxes?

Double, I recomend you speak with a tax advisor before consulting online for advise. A great sorce is irs.gov you can search specific questions and their are links for local advisors in your area. Each persons tax situation is unique, no matter if tax is added or not. Just because one person may advise you how it worked for them, does not mean that is how it will work for you. your tax id or personal social security number is attached to your square account so I would assume that square like other merchant processors they would report all your income/transactions form the claendar year to IRS associated to your tax id. From there you need to consult your tax professional as suggesred in this thread.
