Hello,

We are using Point of Sale app with our product to handle the payments from customers. Now they have launched their own hardware that runs Point of Sale app and manager payments.

So, we are interested to know that whether Square will discontinue their iOS app in future ?

Any suggestions will be appriciated.

No, as this is the primary app users are using and the register has not event hit the streets yet. Anything is possible in the future but this will not happen for years if at all.

as RTatch said, millions of people use the ios and android apps and maybe hundreds or a thousand people have sprung for the new register there is no way they can pivot to the register users only.

Highly doubt that -- the profit margin of POS hardware market isn't that high. Last time I checked, Square was doing fine without their own hardware.
