Changing email

I originally tried signing up but it was in Japanese I put in my email address then when I found it in English I put in my email address and it said that it's currently being used how do I get it off of the Japanese one so that I can use my current email address opposed to my old email address currently on there

Hi @Megan1980! You can confirm and edit your email address from the Account & Settings section of your online Dashboard. 

 

If your email address is associated with another account and you'd like to get it freed up, please call our Support team. They'll be able to check which email address is linked to your account and they can help you to update it too.

Hi, how I can change the account email? I can just sign out but I can not change it 😞 I do not want to open a new account
