Problems being verified

 I am trying to enter my information and SSN but am not able to be verified. Everything is accurate- no name changes or address changes. Do you need credit to open an account? How can this be resolved?

Hey @sheridanc, welcome to the Seller Community! 

 

Unfortunately I can't help to much with activation here, because I don't have access to your account. Although I do have some helpful tips!

  • When your signing up make sure that you're using your own information, rather than a EIN. 
  • Make sure to use your home address when signing up. It will not accept P.O. Boxes.
