How do I enter information about other country when I set up my account?

I try to enter information into ‘Accept Credit Cards’ in the App setting window.

However, the ‘routing number’ and the ‘ZIP CODE’ and ‘State’ that you enter in ‘Bank Account Information’ also appear in the U.S

How to enter about an Australian account, address and ABN number?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble signing up.

 

When creating the account it looks like you've accidentally selected USA as your country rather than Australia - this can be easily fixed so you can sign up again as an Australian account, however for account security reasons you'll need to give our team a call on 1800 760 137 to do so 👍
