Form options buttons not working

Anyone else having trouble with form option buttons? None of the option button fields are working for any of the forms on my site (they were working as of mid last week). I've tried callling Weebly help and emailed but no response yet. I'm in the middle of conference registrations so it's a bit of a problem...

Ok, thanks for the examples. It looks to be theme-specific, and our engineers are investigating the cause. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for your patience!

I changed the fields to drop-down boxes for now. Would prefer the option buttons so just let me know when it's resolved. Thanks.

It looks like it's just about fixed - it'll probably require re-publishing once the fix goes out.
