Horrible customer service Weebly you get an F

No one answers the phone.. the chat option is not answered and all of my security cerificates are outdated. If that is what we get for their best plan I would hate to see how **bleep**ty the cheaper plans are.  We pay 60.00 per month for people who will not answer phones, return emails or chat on the page.

Customers complaining that they cannot get to our online stores because our security certificates are out of date. Then I went to my dashboard to see that someone had deleted my security certificate from weebly

Sorry to hear about your experience, . I took a look at your site, and it looks like your domain name is pointed to our .66 IP address. This works fine for loading your Weebly site, though your SSL certificate is configured to use our .76 IP address.

All you need to do is update your DNS records to use the following IP address and it should work fine once the changes propagate:

199.34.228.76
