You have taken out 4 payments of $48 from my bank account and I still do not have the website published!!!! i have paid the month subscription forService ID: 918805175953700604 for $16.50 and was happy to pay $48 for 1 transaction for the domain name registration and get the site published..but NOTHING!!! just 4 transactions taken from my account...what you going to do about this Im broke now!!!!!

All of those charges were refunded by our payment processor immediately after the charge; I'm not sure why, though, as the reason isn't listed. Within a business day or two your balance should be fully restored.

I'm guessing it's something particular to that card, since the one you used for your site upgrade worked okay. I would recommend using that card instead for purchasing your domain name. Sorry for the trouble, @Simon73!
