On hold 20 minutes in AM, no customer rep.

On hold 25 minutes in PM, no customer rep.

Paid for support, but can't get it.

Very sorry to hear that. Fridays are usually a high volume day. We are working on adding new reps, though, which should help lessen that hold time. Were you able to get assistance?

It appears that the phone # for direct support has been totally removed!!!!! Bad idea!!! I sat and waited for a chat for over 20 minutes. Why would they do this? This makes me want to use a different web-builder.
