Sharing Files with Individual Members

I am not sure if this is possible, but I would really like the ability to share files with individual members, rather than having to set a page for each member. For my piano studio I have instructions for them to practice between lessons, and from time to time I record videos of them playing and provide feedback. I want to be able to post a word document with instructions for their practice at homeand videos which are only viewable by that student - not all members.

Is there a way to do this WITHOUT setting up individual password protected pages for every single member? I have over 60 students so this would require a lot of work to set up individual pages.

You could password protect the word document itself, then link to each one from a single page. If you set a different password for each file and give that to the respective student, it would prevent other students from opening the document.

I'm not sure if this is faster, but it's less pages on your site to manage.
