Terrible service

My account was banned for no apparent reason and without warning. I lost access to my portfolio which I use for my work for several years. I contacted the support team but they ignore me and can't name the exact reason of ban.

Such behavior is unacceptable and everyone should know what service Weebly actually provides.

Sorry to hear that your account was banned, @Homoney. Unfortunately, we can't assist with that through Community, so your best point of contact is the ticket that you have open with our Policy team.

The Police team can't give me understandable answer and ignores my questions, that's why I am here.

There are a lot of site constructors in the internet, and soon everybody will know what kind of service Weebly is. It is uncompetitive and I lost a lot of assets from my websites, which I collected over the years.
