Utter garbage!

Completely wasted my time and has caused me to have to go elsewhere at the 11th hour. 

If customer feedback alone can hurt AT&T and Bank of America, don't think your piddly little company is immune...

Unfortunately, @FU_Weebly, your feedback doesn't have a whole lot of details telling me what the issue is or what steps have been taken so far to solve the problem. It could be just a simple fix, you just have to ask. I see you filed a ticket with identical messaging, so I'll respond there to ask follow-up questions.
