I am getting the below error when inputing my account authorization. the same integration is working fine on the SAND BOX.
Checked with the sqaure team, there is nothing in the account which could have caused this.
Attaching the screen shot, any help is appreciated.
I tried looking around the docs but couldnt find anything, has anyone seen this before?

Hi!
Most of the times people get this error when they mix up their access tokens. Are you sure you are using the right access token for production and not the same one for sandbox? This could also happen if you end up accidentally leaving the access token blank.
