Cash drawer end of day

My cash drawer report is no longer reporting cash sales. It looks like this has been a problem for years. It's not acceptable to have problems like this continue to exist without a resolution. When will it be fixed? Please don't tell me that the engineers are working on it.

Hey @Art883, welcome to the seller community and sorry to hear about the reporting issues—this sounds like it shouldn't be happening. 🤔

 

Your Drawer Report should display all the cash sales for for a given session, as well as cash refunds, amount paid in, and amount paid out. To be sure we're on the same page, can you confirm at which point in the process things are getting in stuck?
