I accept electronic orders and need to have the customer's address information on file. When the customer checks out, it does not ask them for their address. How can I have their address as a required field during checkout?

I am looking for the same resolution. It is very redundant to have to go back and ask for the person's snail mail address. Please help Square UP.

Hello @jkostsiovos and @Greg-Saginaw!
Currently electronic orders on the Online Store will only collect a customers email address and phone number. The reasoning behind this is that electronic orders typically don't include a physical item that needs to be shipped.
If you need a customers shipping address I recommend updating your delivery method to shipping so you can capture this information on each sale that you make.

I agree with the other guys this needs to be an option for online orders, so we don't have to approve the orders, but still have a customers address for other necessary purposes. I think this is more common that you think. Make it a feature
