Is there a way to bundle these items together so it is just a one item sale with only the approriate items being taxed?

Hi @mocfv ,
THe only way I can think of to do it would be to have two items, one taxible and one non-taxible. Under the list of modifiers you can have the individual items you can select to add to the basket.

I tried creating two modifiers for one gift basket - but it won't tax just those items, it wants to tax the entire thing.
Is there a way to add specific items (from the item library as a modifier)?

You should check your tax code. If you repackage it you are now selling a different class of product. This is now not mulitiple products but one and may now be taxed. This can happen when you package food items with non food items, it is now a new non food item and is now taxed. Again this may very state by state.
