I processed a refund that looks like it’s going thru twice, anyone know what to do?

Hi @LittleBear - Have you checked your Dashboard History Transaction? There you can see if the refund did in fact go through twice.
If so, you'll have to take payment from your customer again.

Thank you @katieand! It looks like it only went through once. While it was pending it was listed twice so I panicked a little being at a show on a Sunday with no way to fix 🙂 Is that a common feature that the return will be listed twice while in pending mode?

Oh actually it’s still listed twice. That means I have to contact the customer? I only hit the refund button once and the refund(s) are less than one minute apart.
