I just created a marketing campaign last night and noticed an error in pricing for an item. I duplicated the campaign and sent an email to ny customers but I am unable to cancel my previous campaign with the error. I notice that I can cancel campaigns I created weeks ago. Why is there no cancel button for the one I made last night but only a duplicate button?

Hello @laverneshawaii, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble!
You can cancel any automated marketing campaigns and blast campaigns with a coupon at any time.
Did you create an Update, Event Invitation, or Product Announcement blast campaign?
These campaigns can't be cancelled since they send out all the emails once and there's no promotion or coupon to cancel.
