Updating A record does not seems to work for Weebly Pro account.

I am unable to connect my new Weebly Pro account with my existing mydomain.com domain. I have followed the instructions in Weebly help and changed the A-record, I have also been through the domain connection settings on mydomain.com. However, I am unable to access my Weebly site through the domain name. Domain name: lionrice.com.au It seems like PTR record was not quite correct. Please help.

You don't need to use any PTR records to point your domain to us, @GeorgeBKK. It looks like the CNAME for the www subdomain isn't correct, though. This is what you have right now:

 

lionrice.com.au	        A	199.34.228.58
www.lionrice.com.au	CNAME	www.bkk.com.au

You should update that CNAME so those look like this:

 

lionrice.com.au	        A	199.34.228.58
www.lionrice.com.au	CNAME	lionrice.com.au

Thanks, I overlooked it, I should have checked the CNAME record first! Our DNS record maintenance page only allow vieving and modification of one type of record at a time. I hope I do not waste your time. Thanks once again for your assistance.
