Hello,

30+ year retailer, but still new to Square.  There does not seem to be a way to print a Sales & COGS report for the month (or any time period) that is summarized by Category. 

Reports>Inventory Reports>Cost of Goods Sold... On screen, we can choose all or individual or multiple categories, but not a summary by category. If we export it, category is not an included field, so no help there. 

Reports>Reports>Category Sales... Provides summary of sales by Category but not COGS.

I am a bit stumped. I have never encountered a POS without this reporting option. Am I missing something, or is this actually not possible in Square?
