I made one transaction for a custom amount that included 1 taxable item of $75 and a non-taxable of $80 for a total of $155. Can I tell Square to remove the sales tax from part of the transaction?

Welcome to the Seller Community 🙌🏼

Once a payment is complete, there's no way to edit or change it in any way aside from issuing a refund.

For future reference, you can add/remove the tax from certain items in right from the Point of Sale app, and you can also choose with items the tax applies to specifically for all sales going forward.
