Card Reader Redemption not received

I purchased a megestripe card reader from Best Buys. It had the redemption code information inside.  I followed the instructions to redeem my $10.  Everything appeared to go through but I did not receive any confirmation and I did not get a deposit to my bank account for the $10.  I decided to try it again to make sure it went through.  It tells me that this redemption code has been used, so I assume my first redemption try was successful.  BUT.... where is my $10?  It does not show up in Square deposit history.

Forget this posting!  I just discovered that they offset my transaction fees with the $10.  Thank you Square.

Redemption reimbursements will be applied to your next scheduled deposit once you apply the code to your account.
