Confusion to the MAX

I get emails about various things from Square but one invited me to introduce myself and describe my business. I started by loading a few pictures and uploaded them and clicked the blue 'done' icon

Everything disappeared TWICE !

so I quit - don't have a clue where they went nor does it really matter as now I can't find the original invite.

After all that, my question is - is there a tutorial that will take me thru the site and explain how to navigate it ?
