Have you guys had any luck with your rep?  Ours was really good during onboarding, then became increasingly flaky to respond, then sent a text saying he was promoted and that I should call the 855 number.  
We are trying to develop an SOP for individualized cash drawers for accountability and documentation for this is vague, and when I call the 855 number they're just reading the same stuff I was.  I am SUPER frustrated!Screenshot 2023-01-12 at 2.54.52 PM.png

@TheCrazyAxe I'd suggest starting a new chat. It seems to me the account managers are not as experienced or knowledgeable about some things as the Customer Success team is. https://squareup.com/help/us/en?show_sq_bot=true

 

Additionally, I'd suggest posting specific questions about what you're trying to accomplish on the seller community forum. Some amazing sellers on here may be able to help or even provide the very tools they use for the same thing you're attempting to do.
