It is not fair to have someone wait when you have a) taken the fee from the purchase b) wait for confirmation after a credit card was processed. 

Account verification should occur prior to having a merchant utilize your application. 

If I knew I was going to have to wait , I would have chosen a different company. Your processes are backwards.
