Embed Appointments Bug

Please go to 'Appointments' --> 'Online Booking' --> 'Website Embed'. Look at the image above 'Preview as Main Content'. It uses the full width of the pages and displays the description for each service. However, when you click on 'Preview as Main Content', it is EXACTLY the same as 'Preview as Half Page' with no service descriptions.

Similary on our online booking site homepage when you click on 'Book an Appointment', it is not showing a full width page with service descriptions as it appears to show above 'Prevew as Main Content' which ostensibly is the way it should be.

Is there a bug somewhere?
