Etsy/Square partnership goes live 3/2018 per Etsy - When can square user use Square on Etsy?

When can an existing Square user (but not existing Etsy card reader user) able to use Square reader to show Etsy sales? Etsy site says existing Etsy card reader users can sign up for Square to use on Etsy, what about the reverse? 

I want to show my sales "grow" on Etsy but still use Square reader... ready now...

Hey @INLUCK - Thanks for reaching out! I believe this question would be best suited for the Etsy Support team since you would be selling on their platform. They should be able to provide more accurate information on how you can get set up and integrate Square payments. 👍🏼

Thanks I did pose the same question to Etsy support. No current ETA on my request. They are wlook eking through Etsy card reader users first.
