I got hacked and Square locked my account thankfully. There was no money in it when i was hacked. The person managed to change my email and order a debit card, but Square quickly cancelled it.
fast forward 1.5 weeks. I have an event that I am vending at, accepting payments with Square. After the event, I realize i cannot transfer money out. I keep getting an error message. Call Square, they say the security team still needs to look into it. How long does this process usually take? I thought it was already taken care of. I just want my money out of the account so no one can take it.
