I just got notified that a client is asking for a refund.
I do tattoos and I do not charge until the tattoo is completed.
They cannot get a refund and I don't know how to cancel them.
I cannot have this money taken out of my account.

if you started a refund there is no way to stop it.
If the customer started a dispute/chargeback with their credit card company there isn't a way to stop it, you can provide the details that Square is asking for to prove that the transaction is a legit transaction.
