Today is Nov 28, a lady purchased an item on October 8th. she just wrote a review claiming I did not extend a discount to her. the item was originally $30, I chared her $20. she has left a negative review . can I dispute this and have it removed. I know exactly who it was and what she bought bc I sold 2 items that whole weekend.

Hopefully it's helpful to know that this feedback is a private conversation between you and your customer, and is not visible to anyone else. I'll also add that it will in no way impact the standing of your Square account.
With that in mind, the ability to delete feedback from your dashboard isn’t available at this time.
