As the sole employee of an S Corp, I took Owner Distributions that exceeded what my CPA recommends.  She asks that I have payroll deduct the taxes.  Any idea how to do this so I do not need to write a check to the company for the total distributions and rerun the whole thing?  I would just like to pay the taxes owed.
