I am showing a $1 million charge I did not make. I don't know what to do???
I checked my balance and it shows I received a payment of $999,999.99 from a customer. I did not make that charge. It was to "assassin was". Any ideas.
log in to you transactions dashboard and you can find transactions here. This will show as a cash or other payment and you can refund it to set your books straight. Most likely this was a sale done in error while playing around in the POS or a "pocket dial" sale if a phone wasn't locked.
