I have one customer that I've invoiced twice and my invoices go directly into her Trash folder. What causes this? I've also had this happen with other customers as well. Is there some setting I can tell them to change on their e-mail filters that might help?

Hey @ccoeAAT - This is most likely due to their email filters like you suggested. I recommend having them whitelist invoicing@messaging.squareup.com and it should keep their email providers from sending it to their spam/trash folders.
