I have been paying $25.00 per month for Square Loyalty. Most of my sales are via invoice and Square does not track those points. I think its a waste of money.
the question of if it is worth it is a decision you have to make to your business. If you are using Invoices almost exclusively then it doesn't sound like it is ideal for your business from an outside view. you could use that money to have other rewards for your invoice customers then.
