Hello I made a sale today, I let my customer know that I would be delivering the package to them as soon as the payment cleared, being that they are a vendor themselves and had bought numerous things they were ok with waiting for the items they paid for with the debit card and taking the whatever they purchased with cash. Well now my point of sale app shows no sale or transaction when earlier in the morning it clearly showed. As if it just disappeared they are contacting me pretty upset now because they are expecting they're items and the money has been withdrawn for their account. Please I need to know where this money is at and deposited into my account so I can complete this transaction immediately. I have the receipt and transaction # . I looked it up on transaction search and it's coming up just not on my account or my bank account. Please help
