haven't used card reader in a few months. just tried to swipe a customer's debit card - nothing happened - app is up and running - reader is connected - did not respond to older card with mag strip - tried it again with newer more pristine card - nothing

So sorry about the trouble with your Magstripe Reader! We will do our best to assist.
Normally, in these instances we would ask that you flag this over to our Support Team for further troubleshooting. In this case, I would want you to make sure that you are physically tapping the blue Charge Tab before swiping your card - a common mistake we see when re-acquainting to the POS app.
