Monthly billing

I am doing a subscription for my customers- a set charge every month. I won't have the physical card and I'll input credit card numbers manually. The charges will be identical every month. Once I do it the first time - is there a way to bill it again monthly without manually entering numbers again?

This is currently not possible to do automatically. You would need to store the customer's info in the directory (including credit card details) then manually charge it every month. You must get their approval each month to charge their card.

@laurie the article that @NLAUtah pointed you to would provide you with the best information to charge your customers every month.

Subscription-style payment processing isn’t available in the Square app, but you can, with Square Invoices, create recurring invoices and have your customers store their cards on file for future charges.
