No bank Linked: How can I get a customer code to call in to fix this?

Hello. My account keeps saying there is no bank account linked to my profile & every time I click "link bank account" my verified checkings account shows up perfectly. This is a huge issue I've been trying to trouble shoot for days. And I tried calling a customer service rep they asked me to go online to get a code, and it sent me to the same "link account" web page. This is ridiculous
