Offline mode payments not appearing in daily sales report

Why do the charges taken in offline mode not appear in my daily Sales report and do they automatically post when I reconnect to internet

Hello,

Offline Mode payments are recorded on the date they’re accepted, but you will not receive the deposit until your app regains connectivity. Take note of any offline payments when correlating your transaction and deposit reports. This could mean, depending on your close of day in your register, deposits may reconcile as the next day sales.

They will automatically post during your buisness hours if you regain connectivity and turn offline mode off.

 

When reconciling your charges look ahead a day to see if they were shifted to forward. That would explain why they are not showing in your daily sales report.

 

If you are not seeing them at all, there is a 72 hour period that can alter the charge, or if you delete the app for some reason before connecting you will delete the charge data and will not see it transfered as a transaction.
