Receipts now print out in small print!

We have been using the Square pos on the ipad and usb star printer that we ordered from Square back in 2019. Everything was going well until recently the customer bills are now printing in very small font, so much so that customers complain. The order tickets print out in nice large font but the customer receipts changed to a small print. We have tried everything. We made sure the Ipad is completely updated and that the Square app is updated. Nothing seems to help!

We are sorry to hear that is happening! That definitely is not a good experience for either you or your customers. In this case, we do recommend getting in touch with the printer's manufacturer or their support team. They will be able to investigate why this is happening and assist with troubleshooting steps.
