Hello @Mirandamarie I'm sorry you're having trouble with your machine. Could you be a little more specific here...are you talking about the Square Register, Terminal, or another kind of machine? I would first restart the machine if it seems to be stuck in an updating mode. Generally no matter what the "machine" an update shouldn't take any longer than 10 minutes.
