We're so excited to introduce the newly redesigned Square for Retail Point of Sale. We gathered feedback from sellers like you to create a more user-friendly layout to speed up your checkout process and make it easier to access all of Square for Retail features like Favorites, Exchanges, and Saved Carts.

To join the iOS beta (iPad only), click the TestFlight link and follow the instructions to download the app on your iOS device. If you are viewing on a desktop, please send the link to your mobile device.

To test the new Square for Retail point of sale:

1. On your iPad, download TestFlight from the App Store. TestFlight will allow you to test the beta app of Square for Retail.
2. Once you have downloaded TestFlight, open Safari on your iPad and enter the following URL: https://testflight.apple.com/join/0xp2cs94 (note: this URL is case sensitive).
3. Under Join the Beta, tap Start Testing.
4. Tap Accept and Open to launch the Square for Retail beta app.
5. To sign into your Square for Retail account:
1. Use your existing Square for Retail device code which you can find in the Points of Sale tab in Square Dashboard.
2. If you don’t have an active Square for Retail device code, tap Add a Device, enter your device settings and tap create. More detailed instructions on device codes can be found here.
