I would not recomend a bluetooth printer personally.

We have 3 square stands with 3 Star Micronics printers and 3 APG VB320-BL1616 Cash Drawers since 2013 and they are still going strong.  These use ethernet to print, there are also usb versions of both items that hook up to the square stand directly which may be easier.
