Which scheduling app is better, Homebase or 7shifts? Need to be able to schedule request off and communicate. Have multiple locations and a couple different employees with multiple wages. Would like to be able to run reports that give insights on labor as well. It seems like both are highly rated so looking for a little user insight on products.

After trying a few different scheduling apps over the years, I found that the Square Team module is the best for us. And it does everything that you are asking for there. It handles time off requests, multiple locations, differnt jobs and wage levels for individual employees, and labor vs wages reports, plus more. Have you looked into using Square Team?
