Hi Tedbetz,

There are places that offer design help and other services,  here's just one - fiverr.com however, getting your site noticed is the key.   What you don't want to do is waste your money.  Think about Social Media - the goal is to drive more traffic to your sit.  Start with the basic social media sites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flicker, Pinterest, Google Maps, Google Places for Business and Yelp - the more you get your name out there the better and you can link them back to your site.  Note, you can setup these accounts basically for no cost - it's just your time. Take lots of product pictures or detailed info about your services if that applies.  Another area of consideration - blog posts and/videos.  Both can help attract and engage potential customers, Youtube and Vimeo are great for posting product videos or how to do something - again you can do this at no cost.   Just some thoughts of course.

Super Seller

Hi!

You will first want to start with your website design. As soon as someone clicks onto it, do they know what you offer?

Then, update the meta data (titles & descriptions of pages to start). Then, I would echo JK's answer.

For design, you're looking for a front end web develop or web designer.
For meta data, you're looking for an SEO or SEM specialist.

For blog and content, you're looking for a copy writing (+SEO).

Hope that helps!
