cant track my order, can’t buy the reader anywhere

I took others advice, and attempted to just buy the reader locally. According to this site, I went to 3 Walgreens stores, one Target and one Walmart. NO ONE had any in stock. This took more than two hours of my life away. Seems like you need to update your website to say that you can only get the readers online. And please provide a tracking number (like every other online shop). Bad way to get started.

I usually recommend Best Buy or Staples when sellers ask, but there are a few different retail locations that you can visit.
