my first 1k was not supposed to have a fee. My first 2 transactions both had fees! One cost me 20.00 of my profit. Can anyone suggest why?

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @colbygarcie.

First you'll want to check your pending deposit to see if the credit for the free processing was applied there. While you may see the fees in your transaction history, we apply free processing as a credit - after the fact - to your pending deposit.
