Bug with the scroll

Hi ! 

I'm working on a landing page and I'm managing to go throught a bug. 

When I put a code of a button with some bootstrap code, my scroll just don't get down.

It appears to be into the header. But I can't figure out where is the bug

I'm unable to look at the code as the link you shared is a 404 redirect. Make sure the link is correct and I can see if I can find the issue.

I updated the link for @Fatihbrm, so it should work now. I'm guessing it's something funky with the custom theme the site is using.

Thank for your help, but the bug stills there. I can't scoll down.

If you find the solution, could you explain me how to fixe it? Because i would use this button through an other weebly's website

If you remove the custom button from the page does it scroll ok?

Yes, it works without the button. I tried to insert the <head> code into the "header.html, no-header.html, splash.html "
Then the scroll didn't work into all of my pages.
So, i suppose that the bug has to be fixed into the <head> code

I found where is the problem:
It's into the <link>, which calls the bootstrap css. 

<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/css/bootstrap.min.css"> 

Maybe it's a library conflict? 

I'm still trying to fix it

That could be. Is that included with your third party button code?
